Virtual Shifting Impedance Method for Extended Range High-Fidelity PHIL Testing

چکیده

A novel power hardware-in-the-loop interface algorithm, the Virtual Shifting Impedance, is developed, validated and demonstrated in this paper. Building on existing algorithms, method involves shifting a part of software impedance to hardware side improve stability accuracy setups. However, compared approaches, realized by modifying command signals amplifier controller, thus avoiding requirement for passive components. The mathematical derivation Impedance algorithm step-by-step, while its properties are thoroughly examined. Finally, applicability proposed verified through simulation results.
